Recently all four corners was asked to stage a very cluttered and untidy two-bedroom apartment in Tunbridge Wells before an important valuation. The client was aiming to get his property valued at £250,000 in order to put it on the market. See the before and after photos here

A two-bedroom apartment in Worthing was renovated and given a valuation of £95,000 when seen empty; a week later all four corners staged the property and it was immediately re-valued by the same company at £125,000 - £135,000. Total cost to the client was under £1,000. 

A basement in Tunbridge Wells, converted into a studio apartment. Similar properties in the area had been valued at £85,000 - 95,000. After staging by all four corners it was valued at £105,000 and rented by the first people who viewed it. The client paid £600.

A one-bedroom apartment in the village area of Tunbridge Wells was valued at £200,000 when empty; all four corners completely repainted the interior, bought new furniture for the client and dressed it to look like a home. Two weeks later it was valued at £250,000. Total cost was £1,700.

A three-bedroom house in Bristol had been sitting empty for months. all four corners offered a basic package of furniture, accessories and bed linen which were used to stage the property.
